Jordan Turner-Hall has said that Harlequins will need to build momentum ahead of the Aviva Premiership playoffs if they are to defend their title.
Quins led the league for much of the current season, but a drop in form in recent weeks has seen the champions slip to third.
The centre told Sky Sports News: "It's always important to get a bit of momentum at this stage of the season.
"Obviously you want to win every game, but it's a tough old league and we are just taking each game as it comes, put our game on the field and let the rest take care of itself.
"Once you win a trophy at any level, you want to keep winning trophies. As a team you want to win as much as you can so, as a team, we are determined to defend our title."
Harlequins face Worcester Warriors this afternoon.
