Sergio Parisse has said that Italy's win over Scotland in the Six Nations is a "fantastic" result for the team.
The Azzuri sealed their first win in the competition since 2013 at Murrayfield this afternoon, with a late penalty try handing them the 22-19 win.
The captain told BBC Sport: "It's fantastic for the team to win at the end. It's been very hard on the team in recent years as we lost from a last-minute drop goal in Rome last time out. The forwards did a tremendous job at the end there."
The victory is just the second away from home for Italy since they joined the Six Nations.
