Marcos Ayerza has insisted that his Leicester Tigers side will be ready for a battle when they return to Welford Road to clash with Harlequins at the weekend.
The Argentinian prop made his first outing of the season on Sunday, following a flurry of international and family duties, during the Aviva Premiership champions' 22-12 defeat to London Wasps at Adams Park.
Having missed the start of the campaign, Ayerza is relishing the chance to return to home soil to help the Tigers try to get back on track.
"It will be interesting to go back to Welford Road," Ayerza told the Leicester Mercury. "We will be desperate for a win now to push for the top spots.
"We know how important these games are when all the players aren't together.
"We will prepare for a great battle against Quins. They have been at the top of the Premiership for the past couple of years. They have not performed so well this season, but are still a good side."
Tigers slip to fifth in the table following the result at Wasps.
