Richard Cockerill has said that he is delighted with Leicester Tigers' performance in their Aviva Premiership semi-final against Harlequins yesterday.
A strong second-half display saw the Tigers knock out the reigning league champions, beating them 33-16.
The club's director of rugby told BBC Sport: "I am delighted with the performance. The try before half time was crucial for us and I thought across the board the players were outstanding.
"So much work goes into the season across the board, from top to bottom, and to get to a final, which we have got to win, is great for the club.
"The club is steeped in history in terms of getting to finals. Getting through the semi-final is an achievement but the main goal is picking up silverware at the end of the season."
Leicester will face either Saracens or Northampton Saints in the final later this month.
