Leicester Tigers centre Manu Tuilagi has avoided punishment after his citing for a dangerous tackle in the game against Munster was thrown out.
The 26-year-old was in danger of being hit with a ban after his tackle on opponent Chris Cloete during Leicester's European Champions Cup defeat on Sunday.
During a hearing in London it was decided that the England international will not face any disciplinary action, meaning that he is free to play Saracens in the Premiership on Christmas Eve.
The centre, who was on the losing end of a 16-25 scoreline against Munster, will also be eligible to face Exeter on December 31.
Sunday's outing was Tuilagi's first appearance since suffering a knee injury on the first day of the season.
