Leicester Tigers cruised to victory over Sale Sharks in the Aviva Premiership this afternoon, taking a 48-10 win.
Two tries from Ed Slater and a penalty try helped Leicester to a commanding 25-3 lead at half time, with Sale's Tom Brady finishing the half in the sin bin.
The home side continued to dominate their opponents after the break, with Matt Smith quickly adding two more tries, before Mathew Tait made it six for Tigers.
Assured of the win, Leicester brought on a number of replacements, which allowed Andrew Powell to add a consolation try just before full time.
The result moves Leicester up to third in the table, while Sale remain bottom.
