Leicester Tigers coach Matt O'Connor has been highly critical of England interim coach Stuart Lancaster's selection policy.
Tigers duo Ben Youngs and Toby Flood have lost their places in the England starting lineup during the ongoing Six Nations tournament.
O'Connor believes that the exclusion of his two players is having a negative impact on the national team.
"We consistently score the most tries in the Premiership because of those two blokes," O'Connor told the Leicester Mercury. "They just provide the rest of the team with so many opportunities.
"But the powers that be at England have not fully appreciated what they can offer a team. England don't want creative players, they are just trying not to lose."
Flood was recently dropped from the England squad altogether.
