Leicester Tigers flanker Tom Croft has agreed a new contract with the Aviva Premiership club.
The 29-year-old, who has been plagued by injuries in recent seasons, is currently on the sidelines with a dislocated shoulder.
Croft's hopes of making England's squad for the World Cup look slim, though he is expected to be back in action for the start of next season.
"I have agreed a contract with him. Tom has had some poor luck injury-wise. We all know when Tom's fit he is world class," Leicester director of rugby Richard Cockerill is quoted as saying by ESPN. "He is still relatively young.
"He has been very loyal to the club over a long period and we have supported him hugely. It's the right thing to do. I think he will come back and we will be talking about Tom Croft playing how Tom Croft can play."
Croft signed his first professional deal with Leicester back in 2005.
