Wasps forward Guy Thompson has praised summer signing George Smith for already making a positive impact on the squad.
The veteran Australian flanker, 35, is one of nine new faces to have joined the Aviva Premiership club in recent weeks.
Smith, whose former teams include Toulon and Brumbies, has won 111 caps for the Wallabies.
"George joined us about three weeks ago and he's made a great impact on the field with the boys," Thompson is quoted as saying by BBC Sport.
"He's the ultimate professional and, on a personal level, you'd be silly to waste the chance to learn off someone like George - one of the greats of the game."
Wasps start the new Aviva Premiership season with a trip to Harlequins on October 16.
