London Welsh assistant coach Matthew Ferguson has insisted that everyone at the club is determined to improve following their poor start to the season.
The team are at the bottom of the Premiership table after losing all five of their games.
"We are still fully up for this fight and I sincerely believe that we have the ability to see this job through," Ferguson told BBC Radio Oxford. "You want your players to believe and, as management, when you lose your fight you are in trouble.
"At the moment, as a group, we are full of fight and our players are very hungry to do a job. We will put that into the performance and see where it takes us."
Welsh, who have conceded 249 points, will take on Newcastle Falcons on Saturday.
