Newcastle Falcons forward Ally Hogg has penned a two-year contract extension with the Aviva Premiership club.
The 32-year-old has made nearly 120 appearances for the Falcons since he arrived at Kingston Park from Edinburgh in 2010.
Hogg won a total of 48 caps for Scotland between 2004 and 2009.
"The club is in a really positive place right now," he told Newcastle's official website. "It is moving in the right direction and I am keen to keep on playing a part. I've been here five years now and have really enjoyed my time so far and making a contribution towards where we are today."
The Falcons are currently in 10th place in the Aviva Premiership table, 20 points above the relegation zone.
