Northampton Saints have announced that Tony Hewitt has officially become the club's new chairman.
Hewitt, who became acting-chairman in June due to the late Leon Barwell's decision to step down because of illness, has been involved with the club for 25 years.
"It is certainly a massive responsibility and I am committed to maintaining our record of investment and growth, while also continuing open communications with our supporters," Hewitt told the club's official website.
Meanwhile, John White has been appointed as deputy chairman, while Keith Barwell has been named as the club's president.
