Courtney Lawes has been discharged from hospital following a neck injury sustained during a practice match.
The England lock was put in a neck brace, given oxygen and taken to hospital for scans on Wednesday night.
The behind-closed-doors game was to give England coach Martin Johnson a clearer picture of who he will be including in his squad for the Rugby World Cup in New Zealand in September.
England kick off their campaign against Argentina on Saturday, September 13.
