Scotland full-back Stuart Hogg has suggested that a Rugby World Cup quarter-final against England would be an "amazing" opportunity for his side.
The 23-year-old was part of the Scotland side that was defeated 25-13 by England in the Six Nations this year, and the Glasgow Warriors player is relishing the prospect of a potential rematch in the World Cup.
"I'd love to play England in England. That would be amazing for us and if things go our way then that could quite well happen," Hogg told The Telegraph.
"We've got the pool stages to go through first, but if that was the case then I'd love to play England in England in a World Cup knockout match.
"It couldn't get much bigger and better than that."
Hogg has been named to start against Japan on Wednesday evening.
