England have won the Calcutta Cup for the second consecutive year as they beat Scotland 13-6 in their opening match of the Six Nations at Murrayfield.
The visitors took the lead midway through the first half thanks to Owen Farrell's penalty kick.
However, Dan Parks drew the Scots level minutes later with a kick of his own.
Another Parks penalty seven minutes from half time gave Scotland a 6-3 lead at the break.
The second half couldn't have started better for England as Charlie Hodgson charged down Parks's kick before touching down for the first try of the match just a minute after the restart. Hodgson kicked the conversion to put his side 10-6 in front.
As Stuart Lancaster's side managed to keep their hosts at bay, Farrell missed the opportunity to put England further ahead when his penalty sailed wide.
He made amends seven minutes from time as his kick went through the posts to give England the win.
