Darren Cave scored a hat-trick of tries as Ulster ended Leicester Tigers' hopes of progressing to the knockout stages of the European Rugby Champions Cup this evening.
Leicester needed a bonus-point victory to have any chance of securing one of the best runners-up places for the quarter-finals, but they were convincingly beaten in Ireland.
Cave went over twice in the first half as Ulster, who were already out, took a 12-0 lead at the break before he completed his treble inside two minutes of the second period.
Not long after, Craig Gilroy scored the hosts' fourth try of the game to give them a 26-0 lead.
Leicester got themselves on the scoreboard moments later as Adam Thompstone went over, but the visitors knew that the game was up and there would be no further scores.
