Team Wales member Will Harries has said that there is no margin for error ahead of the rugby sevens tournament in the Commonwealth Games.
The weekend-long event starting today at Ibrox Stadium will see the matches split into two seven-minute halves, and Harries hopes that the team's intense training can aid concentration levels.
"One mistake in sevens and it's a try and potentially a lost game, that is why we have to work so hard in training," he told BBC Sport.
"We've been training for two months and have had some good results, the hard work does make you tighter as a squad."
Wales's opener with Malaysia is scheduled to kick off at 12pm.
