Wales assistant coach Shaun Edwards has revealed that James Hook could miss their remaining World Cup pool matches.
The full-back sustained a shoulder injury during Wales's 17-10 win against Samoa on Sunday.
"I think it's a grade one or two injury that James has," said Edwards. "That usually means two or three weeks."
Wales are due to face Namibia next Monday before their final pool game against Fiji on Sunday, October 2.
