British swimmer Ben Proud has taken home three medals and a new short course record from the British Colleges and Universities Sport Championships in Sheffield.
The 20-year-old won gold in the men's open 100m race and the open 50m freestyle final, where he set a new personal best of 21.62 seconds.
The athlete, who represented the University of St Mark and St John, failed to top the podium in the men's open 50m butterfly final, but scooped silver after finishing second to Adam Barrett.
Proud won two gold medals at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow in the summer.
