Tommy Robredo has sealed a place in the third round of the Monte Carlo Masters with a comfortable 6-1 6-1 victory over Marcel Granollers.
Both players had a shaky start to the contest by losing their opening service games, but Robredo was able to recover on the clay court.
The Spaniard wrapped up the first set by breaking his opponent's serve three times on the bounce, leaving Granollers with just one game on the board.
Robredo continued his dominance by going a break up instantly in the second set, and another break in the sixth game was enough for him to seal victory.
