British number five Liam Broady will take his place among the field for the inaugural Aegon Ilkley Trophy, which takes place in Yorkshire next month.
The 20-year-old heads the domestic challenge in a tournament which also includes three players currently ranked inside the top 100 of the ATP world rankings.
Malek Jaziri, Dudi Sela and Blaz Rola will also feature alongside Broady, who is currently ranked at number 176 after an impressive end to 2015 saw him reach his first challenger final in Charlottesville.
Broady could potentially be joined in the tournament by other British players if they can come through qualifying for the event, which takes place between June 13 and June 21.
