Third seed Tomas Berdych has eased into the quarter-finals of the Dubai Tennis Championships thanks to a straight-sets victory over Sergiy Stakhovsky.
The Czech was dominant during the opening set as he claimed it 6-2 with just 29 minutes played.
Stakhovsky offered even less resistance in the second, with Berdych closing out the one-sided contest 6-2 6-1.
The world number six will now face Philipp Kohlschreiber or Andreas Seppi for a place in the last four of the tournament.
