Tomas Berdych has booked his place in the third round of the Miami Masters with a straight-sets victory over Stephane Robert.
The seventh seed got the better of the 33-year-old Frenchman 7-6(5) 6-1 in 76 minutes on Saturday.
The 28-year-old struggled at the start of the opening set and was 5-3 down at one stage.
However, Berdych staged a fightback thereafter, hitting nine aces and winning 27 of his 32 first service points.
Berdych will take on either Gilles Simon or Joao Sousa for a place in the fourth round.
