Karolina Pliskova saved a match point on her way to beating Camila Giorgi in the final of the Linz Open in Austria.
The Czech world number 30 lost the opening set 7-6[4] before she fought back to clinch the second 6-3.
Pliskova moved into a commanding 5-1 lead in the decider, but the unseeded Giorgi won the next five consecutive games to go 6-5 ahead.
Giorgi then failed to convert a match point as Pliskova held serve to force a tiebreak, which she eventually won to close out the contest 6-7[4] 6-3 7-6[4].
