The family of Roman Reigns reportedly wanted the WWE star to quit the company after he lost in the main event of WrestleMania 31 last month.
The former Shield member was pinned by his ex-stablemate Seth Rollins after the Money in the Bank holder had cashed in his briefcase to defeat Reigns in a Triple Threat match alongside Brock Lesnar.
WWE's decision to award Rollins the title ahead of Reigns was met with fierce disapproval from the 29-year-old's family, according to F4WOnline.
Reigns's family, who are all from a professional wrestling background, urged him to leave the company after losing the main event of the biggest pay-per-view of the year, but it is reported that the grappler has no plans to quit.
Reigns won the 2015 Royal Rumble to earn a shot at the title against Lesnar, before Rollins cashed in the briefcase to set up the Triple Threat match during the main event of 'Mania.
