Indianapolis Colts veteran quarterback Matt Hasselbeck has admitted that he has been impressed with the way starting QB Andrew Luck organises the team's offense.
Hasselbeck, who joined the Colts as cover this off-season, was also impressed with the way Luck has picked up new offensive coordinator Pep Hamilton's strategy.
"I knew he was a great player," Hasselbeck told the Indianapolis Star. "I really didn't know what kind of leader he was in the locker room. It just comes real natural to him. He's been off-the-charts impressive that way.
"I think there's a comfort level with [Hamilton's offense]. "Also, how he plays. He's earned the respect of this locker room and he's earned the respect of the people around the league he has to go up against."
Luck started all 16 matches last season, throwing for 4,374 yards.
