Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll has admitted that his side are in for a real battle when they take on the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship game.
The teams will face off for the third time this season after playing two NFC West matches earlier in the campaign.
"Gosh, they look good," Carroll told KIRO-AM. "I've watched them a lot. They've played very consistent football at the end of the season.
"It's a really well-quipped football team coming in against another really well-equipped football team. There's not a better match-up you could find right now in the NFC. We're thrilled about it."
Seattle will be looking to reach the Super Bowl for the first time since the 2005 season.
