Atlanta Hawks guard Kent Bazemore has insisted that his side can get back into their Eastern Conference playoff series against the Cleveland Cavaliers, despite trailing 2-0 going into game three.

Bazemore will come into the Hawks' lineup to replace the injured Kyle Korver, who will miss the rest of the playoffs with a high ankle sprain.

The 25-year-old believes that his side is more than capable of turning the series on its head to secure a place in the NBA finals.

"I've been believing all season," Bazemore told reporters. "I'm a very optimistic person at the end of the day, and I believe in my teammates.

"I'm a realist at the end of the day as well, but I still think we haven't played our best basketball. So we're going to try to come out tonight and do just that."

Game three of the series takes place in Cleveland later today.
