Amar'e Stoudemire has been given a $15,000 (£10,031) fine for abusing an official after being ejected in the Dallas Mavericks' defeat to the Memphis Grizzlies.
The forward was penalised for two technical fouls during the 112-101 defeat, forcing him out of the game with over five minutes still to play in the third quarter.
The 32-year-old argued that the calls were too close together while also swearing at referee Scott Foster, earning him the fine for the verbal abuse of an official and failing to leave the court in a timely manner.
Stoudemire has averaged 11.4 points per game this season for the Mavs.
