Cuban flyweight Robeisy Ramirez has advanced to the next round of the Olympics with a classy performance against Katsuaki Susa of Japan.
Ramirez's punches looked like they were full of venom as he let fly early in the first round, wobbling Susa with a straight right.
The Cuban tucked his head tight behind his guard as he edged into range before unloading with quick-fire combinations.
A thunderous right hook early in the second had Susa reeling. His movement was sublime when he clicked into gear.
There was nothing that Susa could do as Ramirez sailed into the last 16 courtesy of a 19-7 decision.
