23.27Tomorrow sees the light-flyweight and the light-welterweights make their London 2012 bow. Join us again from 1.30pm tomorrow for all the action. Until then, Goodnight! 23.24In terms of controversy, Sumit Sangwan can feel aggrieved following his defeat to Yamaguchi Falcao Florentino. The Oteng/Cintron fight could have gone to wither way. It went to Cintron in the end, but I don't think it could be called controversial. 23.20Highlights? Robeisy Ramirez looked like he will be a major gold medal threat. Damien Hooper produced a furious final flurry to beat Marcus Browne. Nordine Oubaali was another classy operator. 23.16So that's day three. An interesting day. A few questionable decisions and a few top quality performances. 23.04Kolling looking the better here. Quality over quantity. 23.01On now: Christian Donfack Adjoufack (Cameroon) vs Enrico Kolling (Germany) 22.44Next up: Bosko Draskovic (Montenegro) vs Osmar Bravo Amador (Nicaragua) 22.28On now: Oleksandr Gvozdyk (Ukraine) vs Mikhail Dauhaliavets (Belarus) 22.19Rouzbahani has set up a grand stand finish after a great second round. 22.10Next up: Jeysson Monroy (Colombia) vs Ehsan Rouzbahani (Iran) 22.08Gonora hangs on. 9-8. 22.07I think Huseynli has done enough here. Tremendous last round from the Azeri. 22.04Huseynli trails by three. Final round. He's going for it! 21.53Next up: Carlos Gongora (Ecuador) vs Vatan Huseynli (Azerbaijan) 21.49Thank god that fight is over. Worst bout of the whole competition. Not for lack of trying, just for lack of skill. 21.44This fight has been the definition of the word 'scrappy'. They are getting tangled up all the time. A typical southpaw vs orthodox quandry. 21.34Next up: Ilyas Suleimenov (Kazakhstan) vs Salomo Ntuve (Sweden) 21.29This Cuban will be hard to beat. Explosive speed with knockout power. 21.21Ramirez looks awesome. Punches look stinging. 21.18The first Cuban boxer of the Games. A star in the making? Let's see... 21.17Next up: Katsuaki Susa (Japan) vs Robeisy Ramirez (Cuba) 21.12Butdee has looked brilliant in this fight. 21.02Up next: Chatchai Butdee (Thailand) vs Selcuk Eker (Turkey) 21.00Lavigilante showed heart in the closing stages but Micah deserves his 18-14 win. 20.51Micah has some skills. 20.44Next up: Jason Lavigilante (Mauritius) vs Duke Micah (Ghana) 20.43Faisel showed great fighting spirit but Oubaali looked good throughout the contest. He takes a 22-9 win. 20.38Faisel looked better in that round but Oubaali still well on top. 20.30I apologise - first up is: Nordine Oubaali (France) vs Ajmal Faisal (Afghanistan). Could be another great fight. 20.23Welcome back. First up in the evening session is Carlos Gongora (Ecuador) vs Vatan Huseynli (Azerbaijan). 16.29That bout brings to a close the afternoon session at the ExCel Centre. Join us again from 8.30pm for the second instalment of the flyweights. 16.28Hooper looked a bit laxidasical in the first two rounds. Uneasy and awkward, while Browne was composed and technically sound. However, he had no answer to the bombardment in the final three minutes. 16.27That was a great final round from Hooper, who knew that he had to blast the American out to stand any chance of winning. He applied constant pressure and did not allow Browne to rest for a moment. 16.17Amazing final round which sees Hooper through - 13-11. 16.05Fast start to this fight has slowed right down now. Browne leads 3-2. 16.02This has all the ingridients to be a terrific contest. 16.02Next up: Damien Hooper (Australia) vs Marcus Browne (United States) 16.00Baffling performance from Qurbonov there. Elmekachari wins by eight points but, in truth, it could have been far worse for the Tajiki. 15.47Meng has sent out a message with that performance. A great victory for the Chinese third-seed. 15.46Next up: Yahia Elmekachari (Tunisia) vs Jakhon Qurbonov (Tajikistan) 15.42Meng has absolutely dominated Barki there. Should be no doubt about this one. 15.33After two days of decent scoring from the judges, today just seems to have... not been as good, let's say. 15.30On now: Ahmed Barki (Morocco) vs Fanlong Meng (China) 15.26Now THAT was a robbery... Falcao wins by four points. 15.24I have a feeling Falcao will get the decision, but I think Sangwan has won this one. So does Richie Woodhall. 15.20I can't understand this scoring - Sangwan clearly won that round, but finds himself trailing by two points heading into the decider. 15.10Next up: Sumit Sangwan (India) vs Yamaguchi Falcao Florentino (Brazil) 14.57This is the opening light-heavyweight bout. We have only seen one knockout so far in the whole of the boxing competition, but with the introduction of the bigger lads that could change... 14.54Next up: Ihab Almatbouli (Jordan) vs Lukmon Lawal (Nigeria) 14.48Nyambayar has turned it around nicely - he leads by three now. 14.43Mamishzada leads by one point after the first. 14.39Next up: Elvin Mamishzada (Azerbaijan) vs Tugstsogt Nyambayar (Mongolia) 14.26The crowd did not like the decision, either. 14.25I thought that the fight between Cintron and Oteng was very even in the first two rounds. Cintron was quite accurate, while Oteng was full of beans. I would not say that robbed was the right word, but I did think that Oteng perhaps did enough to win. 14.22Next up: Hesham Abdelaal (Egypt) vs Benson Njangiru (Kenya) 14.19A contentious decision coming up folks... 14.05Next up: Oteng Oteng (Botswana) vs Jeyvier Cintron (Puerto Rico) 14.05Henriques has defeated Pak is a fairly scrappy contest. 12-8 to the Brazilian. 13.48Next up: Jong Chol Pak (North Korea) vs Juliao Henriques (Brazil) 13.48the Algerian was trailing by a point heading into the final round but has come through to win. 13.34First up today is the flyweights. Samir Brahimi (Algeria) vs Jackson Darren Woods (Australia) will be kicking us off. 13.32Welcome to Sports Mole's coverage of day three of the Olympic boxing. No Team GB fighters today, or tomorrow, so one crumb of comfort is that for home fans is that the team will be unbeaten in the first four days of the event. Not bad eh?
