Mitchell Johnson has said that he is "really proud" of Australia teammate Steve Smith after he scored a double century in the second Test of the Ashes series against England.
The batsman, who is ranked second in the world by the ICC, hit 215 to lead the tourists to a score of 566-8 declared at Lord's.
The bowler, who claimed two wickets as England slipped to 85-4 at stumps on day two, told Sky Sports News: "I've seen him since he's first started. He doesn't walk around like he's the number one or two in the world, he just works hard. I'm really proud of what he did."
Australia trail the series after losing the opening match in Cardiff last week.
