England coach Andy Flower has heaped praise on his players after their historic first Test series win in India for 28 years.
Flower has pinpointed the fact that England improved against spin from their last visit to the subcontinent against Pakistan.
"They have really done themselves proud here and their country proud," BBC Sport
"To come out here and show that they have learnt things is one of the special things about this victory.
"They have learnt how to play spin a lot better, [they are] obviously not the finished article but have learnt how to take 20 wickets in these conditions and they have learnt how to be resilient in foreign conditions."
The first Twenty20 international takes place on Thursday.
