Pakistan have reached tea on day four of the third and final Test against England in Sharjah on 319-8, with a lead of 247 runs.
The Men in Green began the afternoon session on 229-4, looking to increase their lead and take the game out of England's reach.
England made the breakthrough not long after lunch as Misbah-ul-Haq was trapped lbw by Stuart Broad for 38.
Mohammad Hafeez then brought up his 150, but he could only add one more run to that total as he chipped a Moeen Ali delivery to Ian Bell at long-on, who took the catch.
England struggled to continue that momentum, as Asad Shafiq and Sarfraz Ahmed took Pakistan past the 300-run mark, but it was the latter who fell first when he was clean bowled by Samit Patel on 36.
Yasir Shah joined Shafiq in the middle but lasted just 15 balls as he was dismissed by Adil Rashid for four just before the players left the field for tea.
Pakistan will resume with Shafiq (30*) and Wahab Riaz in the middle.
