AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has said that Keisuke Honda is a crucial player for the club.
The Japanese international scored his fourth goal of the season as the Rossoneri claimed a 2-0 win over Chievo on Saturday evening.
"Honda is a great player," Galliani told reporters. "Last year he found it difficult coming from a different league and suffering from injuries.
"Honda is now crucial for us, he is very, very good especially technically."
Milan are currently fourth in the Serie A table.
