AC Milan midfielder Riccardo Montolivo has admitted that his side missed out on a chance to give their Champions League qualification hopes a boost by beating Napoli tonight.
Massimiliano Allegri's side were held to a 1-1 draw after Mathieu Flamini's opener was cancelled out two minutes later by a strike from Goran Pandev.
Montolivo has insisted that Milan must take the positives from their performance and look to make sure they finish in the top three.
He told Sky Italia: "It's a shame we conceded a goal only three minutes after taking the lead. But we were facing a very strong side, above all in attack.
"We take this point and continue along our path. We already turned over the page after the draw with Fiorentina.
"We will take the game to Juventus next week with or without Mario Balotelli."
The Rossoneri are four points clear of Fiorentina in the final Champions League spot ahead of next week's trip to league leaders Juventus.
