AC Milan forward Giampaolo Pazzini has been passed fit to face his former club Inter Milan in tomorrow's derby at the San Siro.
The 28-year-old was believed to be losing his battle to recover from a knee injury sustained during the Diavolo's 2-0 win over Barcelona in midweek.
However, Pazzini has been named in Massimiliano Allegri's squad for the highly anticipated Serie A encounter.
The striker joined the Rossoneri from the Nerazzurri in a summer swap deal that involved Antonio Cassano going the other way.
Meanwhile, Mathieu Flamini and Robinho will miss the game.
