AC Milan have ran out 3-0 winners against Lazio at the San Siro in Serie A this evening.
Two goals from Giampaolo Pazzini and a strike from Kevin-Prince Boateng did the damage to their Champions League-chasing rivals, as the Rossoneri leapfrogged their opponents to go third in the table.
The visitors were down to 10 men within the first 20 minutes when Antonio Candreva was sent off for bringing down Stephan El Shaarawy as the forward bore down on the goal.
Vladimir Petkovich's side held on until just before half time but their resolve was broken on 42 minutes when Pazzini scored from close range.
Three minutes later Milan doubled their lead through Boateng, who smashed home from inside the box after Pazzini was denied by a save from Federico Marchetti.
Pazzini then added his second of the evening just after the hour mark when he hit a swerving shot from 20 yards past Marchetti after a mistake from Stefan Radu.
