AC Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri has decided to stick with Stephan El Shaarawy ahead of Giampaolo Pazzini for this afternoon's Serie A clash with Torino.
Pazzini scored twice last week to help Milan record a 4-2 win over Catania but must settle for a place on the bench once more today.
El Shaarawy has shrugged off a persistent ankle problem to form a three-man attack alongside Mario Balotelli and Kevin-Prince Boateng.
With Riccardo Montolivo out, Antonio Nocerino gets a rate start in midfield, while Cristian Zapata is back from suspension in central defence.
Torino have Mattia Darmian and Giuseppe Vives back from respective bans to make the starting XI, with Paulo Vitor Barreto also picked to lead the line in attack.
Milan: Abbiati, Abate, Zapata, Mexes, Constant, Flamini, Muntari, Nocerino, Boateng, Balotelli, El Shaarawy
Torino: Gillet, Darmian, Rodriguez, Di Cesare, Ogbonna, Masiello, Basha, Vives, Brighi, Cerci, Barreto
