AC Milan boss Clarence Seedorf has made three changes to his side to take on Sassuolo in their final-day Serie A clash.
Christian Abbiati comes back into the side from the 2-1 defeat to Atalanta and replaces Marco Amelia in goal, while Giampaolo Pazzini and Adel Taarabt replace Mario Balotelli and Keisuke Honda.
Seedorf could hand a debut to 15-year-old midfielder Hachim Mastour, who starts on the bench for Milan.
Domenico Berardi leads the line for the visitors this evening and he notched four goals in the previous meeting between the two sides earlier this season. He is partnered by Simone Zaza and Nicola Sansone in attack for Sassuolo.
