AC Milan chief Ricky Massara says that AC Milan are confident of securing new deals for Gianluigi Donnarumma, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Hakan Calhanoglu.

AC Milan chief director Ricky Massara has claimed that the club are confident of securing new deals for Gianluigi Donnarumma, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Hakan Calhanoglu.

Stefano Pioli's side currently sit second in Serie A, nine points behind rivals Inter Milan with seven games to play and have the opportunity to secure their highest-placed finish since 2012.

Ibrahimovic, Donnarumma and Calhanoglu's contracts are all due to expire this summer but the club wish to renew the three contracts before then.

Speaking to DAZN, Massara said: "We are confident that we can sign a deal with Ibrahimovic imminently. There's no news yet on the others, but we feel confident there too, because the club has played its part and proposed some big figures, so we trust that they will be accepted."

AC Milan are among the clubs who have agreed to the European Super League proposal, potentially adding complications to the renewing of players' contracts with uncertainty over what the future of football will look like.

The trio have all appeared more than 100 times for AC Milan in their respective careers, with Donnarumma making 244 appearances for the club. body check tags ::
