Gianluigi Donnarumma should leave AC Milan "immediately" while interest remains in his signature, according to agent Mino Raiola.
The Italy international was touted as a possible target for the likes of Real Madrid, Manchester United and domestic rivals Juventus last summer.
Despite the strong rumoured interest, Donnarumma remained in place at San Siro and has featured a further 35 times for the fallen Italian giants.
However, with the opening of the summer window fast coming around once again, Raiola has urged the 19-year-old to seriously consider quitting Milan.
"Gigio has made a choice to remain at AC Milan and I respect this," he told Rai Sport. "If it were me, however, I would leave immediately because there are important requests out there for his services. If I were Gigio I would move away from Milan."
Donnarumma became the second-youngest goalkeeper to debut in Serie A at the age of 16 years and 242 days in 2015.
