Monaco have failed to make their chances count during the first half of their Europa League group clash against Anderlecht, who lead the contest at the Constant Vanden Stock Stadium 1-0.
The visiting Ligue 1 outfit dominated proceedings in Brussels from the off, but they fell behind in the 11th minute with what was Anderlecht's first meaningful venture forward.
A Dennis Praet cross from the left flank picked out midfielder Guillaume Gillet, who volleyed in from close range.
The goal did little to deter Monaco, though, who continued to carve out openings as the half progressed.
A sliding Fabinho only just failed to make a connection with Bernardo Silva's cross, while home goalkeeper Silvio Proto was called into action to turn away Fabio Coentrao's effort from 25 yards out before the whistle was blown for the break.
