Sports Mole looks at Arsenal could line up for Thursday's Europa League encounter against Dundalk.

Arsenal play host to Dundalk in the Europa League on Thursday evening looking to make it two wins from as many games in Group B.

Despite going behind at Rapid Vienna last week, the Gunners were able to register a 2-1 victory thanks to goals from David Luiz and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

However, with Manchester United to come in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon, Mikel Arteta is expected to name a much-changed XI against the Irish side.

Here, Sports Mole predicts how Arsenal could line up for the fixture at the Emirates Stadium.

Out: David Luiz (thigh), Rob Holding (hamstring), Pablo Mari (ankle), Calum Chambers (fitness), Gabriel Martinelli (knee),
Doubtful: Willian (calf), Bukayo Saka (unspecified)

While a couple of first-choice players could potentially shake off injuries in order to feature in this game, it would come as a surprise if any risks were taken ahead of the visit to Old Trafford.

Goalkeeper Runar Alex Runarsson is in line to make his debut, while Shkodran Mustafi should be provided with his first start of the season after recovering from a thigh injury.

Mohamed Elneny is likely to partner an established player in the middle of the pitch, giving Arteta more freedom to name younger members of the squad further forward.

Joe Willock and Reiss Nelson will hope to feature from the opening whistle having only previously started EFL Cup ties this season.

Nicolas Pepe and Eddie Nketiah should get the nod over Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette, who will likely be kept in reserve ahead of the United match.

Injuries to Luiz and Rob Holding are expected to result in Gabriel Magalhaes retaining his place in the starting lineup.
