Arsenal midfielder Tomas Rosicky has expressed his delight following the team's victory over Hull City in the FA Cup final.
Hull scored twice inside the opening eight minutes at Wembley Stadium on Saturday before goals from Santi Cazorla and Laurent Koscielny made sure that the game went to extra time.
Aaron Ramsey then made it 3-2 to the Gunners in the 108th minutes as they got their hands on some silverware for the first time since 2005.
"It was a very long wait for me and I'm delighted and the whole team is delighted," Rosicky told the club's official website. "The whole club needed the trophy so we are glad it's behind us.
"Hull started very well, they were very aggressive, they made the spaces tight for the boys to create something but you could see when the game went on they were more tired."
Saturday's triumph saw Rosicky pick up his first trophy in English football.
