Arsenal officials have reportedly flown out to Spain to complete a move for Real Madrid striker Gonzalo Higuain.
The Gunners, who are rumoured to have £70m in their transfer kitty, have been heavily linked with the Argentina international, who is believed to have already agreed terms with the North London outfit.
It is understood that both parties will attempt to agree a fee for the player this weekend, with manager Arsene Wenger possibly taking part in negotiations himself, according to Goal.com.
Reports have claimed that Arsenal will try to secure Higuain's signature for around £20m, while Real are thought to be holding out for £25.5m.
