Arsenal are reportedly willing to spend £25m on Feyenoord midfielder Orkun Kokcu.
In recent weeks, the Gunners have been strongly linked with a move for the prospect, who has contributed two goals and six assists in the Eredivisie and Europa League this season.
Feyenoord boss Dick Advocaat has acknowledged that there is some truth in the claims regarding the 19-year-old.
According to La Razon, the Premier League outfit are prepared to allocate £25m of their summer transfer budget to secure a deal for the youngster.
The report adds that Sevilla are also monitoring the situation, although the Spanish side are yet to decide whether to commit to such a significant outlay on the player.
Having switched his allegiances from the Netherlands to Turkey, Kokcu has made two outings for the latter's Under-21 team.
