Arsenal's Joel Campbell has been named in Costa Rica's provisional 26-man squad for this summer's World Cup in Brazil.
Head coach Jorge Luis Pinto has chosen the 21-year-old, who spent last season on loan at Olympiacos, as well as Fulham striker Bryan Ruiz.
Everton defender Bryan Oviedo was hopeful of recovering from a broken leg in time to be included in the squad, but there is no place for the 24-year-old.
Costa Rica join England, Italy and Uruguay in Group D.
Oviedo confirmed on Twitter on Sunday that he had been omitted from the squad.
