Paris Saint-Germain team news: Injury, suspension list vs. Barcelona

Sports Mole rounds up all of Paris Saint-Germain's latest injury and suspension news ahead of their Champions League last-16 second leg with Barcelona.

Paris Saint-Germain will hope to avoid being on the wrong end of another storming Barcelona comeback when they welcome the Blaugrana to the Parc des Princes for the second leg of their Champions League last-16 battle.

A Kylian Mbappe-inspired Parisiens eased to a 4-1 victory in the first leg at Camp Nou, and unless Barcelona can channel the spirit of the 2016-17 La Remontada team, PSG should have no problems advancing to the quarter-finals.

Mauricio Pochettino's men warmed up for this mouthwatering clash with a comfortable 3-0 triumph over fellow Ligue 1 outfit Brest in the Coupe de France, with Kylian Mbappe (2) and Pablo Sarabia finding the back of the net.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up all of Barcelona's injury and suspension news ahead of the second leg.

Neymar

Status: Out
Type of injury: Groin
Possible return date: Unknown

Former Catalan Neymar has been out of action since suffering a groin injury against Caen in the Coupe de France on February 10, and he was not ready to return against Brest. PSG confirmed on Monday that the attacker has returned to partial training, but he will not be ready for the second leg.

Moise Kean

Status: Out
Type of injury: Coronavirus
Possible return date: Unknown

Moise Kean managed to find the back of the net at Camp Nou in the first leg, but PSG announced before last week's win over Bordeaux that the forward had tested positive for coronavirus, so he will not be available here.

Alessandro Florenzi

Status: Minor doubt
Type of injury: Muscle
Possible return date: March 10 (vs. Barcelona)

Alessandro Florenzi has missed PSG's last three matches due to a muscular problem, but he has now returned to full training and is expected to be available for the second leg.

Juan Bernat

Status: Out
Type of injury: ACL
Possible return date: Unknown

Full-back Juan Bernat is yet to take to the field in 2021 as he recovers from an ACL injury, and with the player still limited to individual training, he will not be ready for Wednesday's battle.

PSG'S SUSPENSION LIST

PSG have no players banned for the second leg.
