Juventus defender Giorgio Chiellini has revealed that he has no qualms over shaking hands with Luis Suarez before next weekend's Champions League final.
Suarez was handed a four-month ban from all football activity last year for biting Chiellini during a World Cup group game.
Despite the controversy surrounding the incident, the Italian insists that he has no issue with Barcelona star Suarez ahead of their first meeting since that high-profile bite.
"Of course I will shake hands," he is quoted as saying by The Guardian. "I'll hug him happily, too, there's no problem at all. Those who know me even a bit know that's how I truly feel.
"I have no problem with him and I think it's the same for him. I have to think about him as a player, how he moves, his great skill but nothing more."
Patrice Evra, a teammate of Chiellini, refused to shake Suarez's hand after he was racially abused by the Uruguayan.
